Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment is important to us, and we understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for the following notice:
Hair Cut Appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
Color Service Appointments: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.
A no-show or arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled, and up to a 100% no-show fee will be charged. A no-show is considered any appointment cancelled within a 4-hour window of your scheduled appointment.
If proper notice is not given and a cancellation fee is applicable, up to 100% of the missed appointment fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Refund Policy:
For hair appointments, Claire Monroe Hair Co does not offer refunds on any services. However, if there is an issue with the color, cut, or extensions, please notify us within 7 days after the service so adjustments can be made free of charge. Please note that extension hair is non-refundable.
Refunds on products are valid within two weeks of purchase. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding your product purchase.
